Jobs and pipeline stages
Each job has its own pipeline. Add, rename, reorder, or remove stages to match how your team actually works — a few structural stages exist to keep the process intact, and everything else is yours to configure.
Collecting applications
Candidates apply through your career page with a resume upload — no account required on their end. Your team can also add candidates directly.
Moving candidates through the pipeline
Move candidates between stages from the Kanban board, or with the keyboard: every drag action has a select-menu equivalent, so the pipeline is usable without a mouse.
Notes, tags, and filters
Leave notes on a candidate, tag them for later, and filter your pipeline by stage, job, or tag.
