What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and the YoHe product during the beta. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; the pricing page describes what each plan costs after that.

The beta
YoHe is in open beta: the core product works, but some capabilities described on this site are still being built, and billing is not live yet. Nothing here is a performance claim — there are no customers named, no results reported, and no benchmarks quoted.

Accounts and the data you put in
Creating an account makes you the owner of your organization. You are responsible for the data your team enters, including candidate documents — do not upload data you do not have the right to process.

Forms on this site
The contact form on this site is not yet connected to an inbox; submitting it does not create a message, and it states this at the point of submission.

Changes
These terms will change as the product and its pricing become final. The date at the top of this page is the last time they were edited.

When billing launches
Paid use will be governed by a separate agreement covering billing, availability, support, and data processing. It will be published, and every existing account will be notified, before anyone is charged.
